Accommodation
Since 2008 I provide high level of accommodation services to all my guests.
The houses are equipped with high speed internet over Wi-Fi, shared kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron, fridge, TV.
There is garden where you can enjoy nature, area to store bicycle. Parking outside the house and all over the Aalsmeer area is free.
All facilities to make your time pleasant and comfortable while staying in Holland.
Price
The price* of accommodation depends on duration of your stay:
- from 1 night to 1 week – 55€ per night, depends from season
- 2 weeks – 10% discount from price per night
- 1 month or longer stay – negotiable

The conditions of payment
If you stay one night, payment upfront.
If you stay one week, payment upfront.
If you stay one month, payment upfront. If you stay longer than one month – one month payment plus a security deposit of one extra month payment. The notice period is one moth. Security deposit will be returned on your leave.
Arrival
If you stay a minimum 2 weeks there is a free pick up from Schiphol Amsterdam Airport to the accommodation.
For this purpose you should share your flight details with me.
If you stay shorten period or use other means of transport – I willl provide you detailed instructions on how to reach accommodation.
Bedroom
Own bedroom with TV, Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed. Desk and chair, wardrobe are in the room. Additional needs on negotiation.
Bathroom
Shared. Bathroom with shower, sink, bath and toilet. Separate toilet in the hall.
Washing Area
There is washing area with washing machine, clothes dryer, steam iron and iron board Or outside garden with drying lines.
Garden and Bikes
In the garden there are terrace chairs and tables, lounging beds, quite a lot of grass and places on sun or in shade to relax. Wi-Fi can also be used from the garden area. Well kept gardens and very picturesque and relaxing. There is a separate place in the garden with a sheltered area, where the bikes can be kept dry and safe. There is a separate entrance to the garden for the bike area.
